Requirements for Incoming IIRT Students
New Student
Please prepare and submit the following:
- 1st to 2nd Grading Card (if available)
- Two (2) photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
- Four (4) pieces 2×2 ID photos (with name tag and white background)
- One (1) Long Brown Envelope
- One (1) White Long Folder
Transferee
Please prepare and submit the following:
- Certificate of Transfer (Original and Photocopy)
- Certificate of Grades / Report Card (Original and Photocopy)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original and Photocopy)
- Two (2) photocopies of Birth Certificate
- Four (4) pieces 2×2 ID photos (with name tag and white background)
- One (1) Long Brown Envelope
